Our offer is strong, we have never backed out of a deal, unless we find that there is information that has not been provided to us and should have been. Examples of this would be: undisclosed second mortgage, undisclosed liens or taxes owed, house is a former Crack house…….We can still make an offer, but it will reflex the additional information.
